Usually,goods will be shipped out 1-2 days after receiving the order. Please allow around 5-10 working days for dispatching.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order should be requested before the order has been dispatched. As we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8hours after orders' placing, it is not able for us to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand this point.Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy. If you decide to cancel your order in 6-8 hours after you pay for your order, According to our purchasing policy, If we have the item is stock, however you want to cancel your order by your end. we will charge you 10% of your order amount as our commission charge.
Return:
To return an item, please email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.
Returns in the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.
Goods must be returned within 8 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding 15% re-stocking and US$20 return fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
Exchange:
To exchange a product, pls email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged within 8 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels .
When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
